People never had a choice when it came to fighting the flu. You either got the flu shot. Or…the flu shot. But then along came FluMist, the nasal spray flu vaccine. And suddenly you had your pick of either a shot in the arm or a spray in the nose. Most chose to pick their nose. And so did the Clio Awards, who awarded the campaign 3 Golds.
